More than being an unripe guava, it’s pretty ripened, in its best moment and ready to eat! Any day and at any time, regardless of its location which is pretty hard to get to, far from traffic, but the long ride is well worth it. This is an experience which in addition to good food offers art and music. The specialty is Venezuelan cuisine, prepared with creative options that go beyond the blackened roast and the typical ‘pabellon’. It is managed by its owners, which means that you will always have a good meal and that on each visit you will find new options. For example, you may try the ‘carimañolas’ with salted fish mojito, or the green plantain fritters with shrimp, or the manzanillo tuna with sweet chili pepper, or the shrimp roti, etc. For dessert you can try the classic quesillo (custard) and bienmesabe plus a finger licking chocolate cake. At night there is music, recitals, art exhibits, etc. This has been a good move.
