Venezuelan traditional cuisine mastered by Chef Luis Eduardo Ascanio. A great way to look like a pro chef if you have a party at home with friends and trying to present them with something really Venezuelan. “Polvorosa de gallina”, tuna stew, “cazón” sauce, “asado negro”, corn “hallacas” for Christmas, etc. During a while, he was the chef of La Candelaria’s restaurant La Guayaba Verde, now he has his own shop. You have to call at least two weeks prior to the event you intend him to cater for you in order to choose the dishes and the menu.
